why, you ask?
is it because of the chocolates, the candy-hearts, gifts, flowers, balloons and all that love? NO. well.. yes, but it's also because that is the time of year when my aunt and beloved twin cousins send me KETCHUP CHIPS from canada (and in return, they get some flamin' hot cheetos!)

for some strange reason, the states (aka the u. s. of a.) does not sell ketchup chips!! (and it should be noted that canada does not sell flamin' hot cheetos...)
we, the americans, put ketchup on just about anything ...
so why not potato chips??!?
